WASHINGTON, April 16. /TASS/. Russia’s Central Bank believes that the current weekly inflation increase rate looks optimistic enough, CBR President Elvira Nabiullina told reporters here on Thursday.
"Weekly inflation increase rate looks quite optimistic this week and we’ll wait and see how the situation develops next," she said.
According to the most recent data published by the Federal Service for Statistics, inflation across Russia stood at an average rate of 0.1% in the period of April 7 to April 13, 2015, at 0.3% since the start of April, and at 7.8% since January 1, 2015.
