MOSCOW, January 16. /TASS/. Russia will not give consent to whatever rescheduling of Ukraine’s debt, which stands at $ 3 billion, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Thursday.
He also said Russia would file a lawsuit with the arbitration court if Ukraine defaulted on its debt obligations.
