KAZAN, August 4. /TASS/. South African swimmer Cameron van der Burgh improved his own world record in the 50-meter breaststroke at the FINA World Championships in Russia’s Kazan on Tuesday.
The swimmer completed the morning heat race in 26.62 seconds, breaking his previous mark of 26.67 seconds, set at the 2009 world championships.
