MOSCOW, August 4 / TASS / The dollar is down by 35 kopeck to 63.16 rubles against the ruble and the euro dropped below 69 rubles on the Moscow Stock Exchange at the opening of trading Tuesday.
The MICEX index went down by 0.1% to 1662.79 points at the opening of trade.
