2 militants killed in counter-terror op in Russia’s Dagestan

Russian special forces are in an “active phase” of a standoff with suspected members of an international terrorist cell, at a house in the Republic of Dagestan. Two militants have been “neutralized” after they tried, but failed, to break out.
